Healthcare
Affordable Healthcare for ALL Minnesotans
Many Minnesotans are facing health insurance increases of hundreds of dollars per month. Instead of helping Minnesotans, the federal government is slashing assistance. Minnesota must act NOW to protect healthcare in our state! We should not have to choose between food and healthcare!
Rural Healthcare Availability
Medical providers are closing the affordable small town clinics and hospitals that we rely on. When profits come before patients, we ALL suffer. Minnesota's government and business leaders MUST work together to solve the rural healthcare crisis!
Farming
Family Farms
Minnesota is one of the largest agricultural producers in the nation. However, as input costs increase and markets are lost, we are losing family farms in our state. Our state government MUST advocate for agriculture markets in food, livestock, and energy. We need both short-term and long-term plans for protecting Minnesota's family farms!
Agriculture Education
Agricultural education is critical for students of all ages! I support funding educational opportunities both in our schools and outside of schools.
